MOTION CM Watson to authorize the Chief of Police to exceed authorized strength of Police Dept. temporarily by one (1) full-time officer due to special circumstances (Two recently hired recruits are attending the police academy and will not be available for active duty in Town until January 2007. CM Schachter seconded. Passed 4-0, CMs Hofmann and Oladele absent
